The day and time of trash pickup in your area will depend on several factors. As a Little Leaf Client, you can know your pickup schedule. Be certain that your trash cans, containers, bins or carts are not overloaded

Do not overload Waste Bins or Garbage Bags. They must be packed or closed completely. Make sure that all waste and garbage is in the bag. Garbage or waste left outside may not be collected.

What items can be included?

The following items are included in everyday trash. These items can be placed in your curbside totes, bins, cans or containers.

  • Diapers
  • Disposable Razors
  • Glassware and ceramic dishes/cups
  • Hoses and wire
  • Juice boxes/pouches
  • Non-fluorescent light bulbs
  • Sheet glass (windows, mirrors, etc.)
  • Foam cups or packing materials

What items get sent for recycling?

The following common items are sent for recycling, provided they're clean and dry.

  • Bottles and Cans
  • Paper
  • Cardboard

Non-recyclable materials should be placed in your standard Waste Bins and Garbage Bags. Be certain that your trash cans, containers, bins or carts are not overloaded and that their lids can close all the way.
